Laser cut Chandos House wedding invitations
Hon & Chen married in September at Chandos House in London and they came to us with the idea for a bespoke laser cut wedding invitation.
They wanted to incorporate the beautiful building they’d chosen for their wedding, an impressive Edwardian building with the most stunning entrance doorway.
We loved the idea and so we started to sketch away adding within the design the couple in front of Chandos House surrounded by bunting & hearts.
The date of their wedding is above the archway & their initials
are cut into the railings.
The day invitations are a traditional folded style, cut onto silk card with a gorgeous emperor red inlay colour chosen by Hon & Chen to reflect their Chinese heritage.
They also added a lovely little detail to the back, a Chinese calligraphy motif which means ‘double happiness’
Hon & Chen chose to have paper picado style evening invitations cut onto emperor red card.
Congratulations Hon & Chen!
