Christmas posting dates
It’s nearly December, which means lots of lovely envelopes start to flutter through the letterbox bringing Christmas greetings!
If you’re planning on sending cards soon, here’s a few important dates for your diary.
If you’re sending cards overseas, you’ll need to pop them in the post box by:
Wednesday 3rd December – Asia, Far East (including Japan) & New Zealand
Thursday 4th December – Australia
Friday 5th December – Africa, Caribbean, Central & South America & Middle East
Monday 8th December – Cyprus, Eastern Europe & Greece
Tuesday 9th December – Canada & Poland
Friday 12th December – USA
Saturday 13th December – Western Europe (excluding Greece & Poland)
(If you’re sending to a loved one using British Forces Post Office, you’ll need to post by Friday 28th November if you’re sending to an Operational BFPO & Friday 12th December if you’re sending to a Static BFPO.)
& for cards nearer to home, make sure you’ve sent them by:
Thursday 18th December – for 2nd class post
Saturday 20th December – for 1st class post.
