Hummingbird Cards Festive Baking

So we’ve been busy baking at Hummingbird Cards!!

For our last posting of the year we just wanted to share with you our mini master pieces – don’t tell Mary & Paul!

Last year we shared with you our festive ginger bread houses & this year we’ve continued the tradition with the epitome of  Christmas, a good old fashioned Christmas cake.

Claire created a Scandinavian delight! The attention to detail was exquisite & the icing can only have been described as ‘candilicious’!

Amazing candy cane swirls, twisted & wrapped around with oh so cute ginger bread men.

I went for a winter wonderland theme! Of course I did white on white, no surprise there!

Meringue trees for the forest with little polar bears & a scattering of sugary snowflakes.
