After the last two years it’s now time… time for fabulous big bridal festivities – it’s go big or go home!

Couples are turning up the glamour and we’re loving the emerging trends with a touch of Regency grandeur – inspired by Bridgerton no doubt and a sprinkling of 80’s glamour! Brides are ready to go all-out with their dresses, so say goodbye to simple, minimal dresses and hello to bold and beautiful. So how do you do that? Just add a bow, bold and playful bows, big ones, little ones and everything in between. There’s something utterly romantic about a bow, and in 2022 you’re going to see lots of them. Bows are chic, ultra-glamorous, feminine and fashion-forward. Designers have been looking back to the modern romantic 80’s wedding fashion for inspiration, when no bridal gown was complete without a big bow on the back, on the shoulder or around the waist. We’re loving this re-visited trend with it’s modern twist; and with more couples opting for a registry civil service wedding brides are embracing the short wedding dress again, with long trailing veils and of course bows!

Wedding veils come in lots of shapes and sizes. With lengths that include, Cathedral, Church length, Floor length, Ballet, Fingertip and Elbow length and then there’s the Single Tier, Double Tier, Drop Veil, Mantilla, Juliet and Bandeau!!! And each of those can be in different colours, tulle’s, edge finishes, lace and even personalised with embroidery.

I absolutely adore wedding shoes, there’s nothing more enticing than seeing an exciting pair of wedding shoes peeping out from under a brides wedding gown as she walks, and then I have to find out where they are from. More and more bows are being added to the heels and ankle straps, which look great with short and long length dresses.
