They chose the beautiful Gold Leaf card which has a subtle shimmer and matched this with pearl quartz card for the printed inlay and matching envelope. Winter White Wonderland

20th March 2013

Last weekend I took the studio pup for a lovely long walk around Staunton Harold. Armed with my camera I headed for Dimminsdale Wood as I was hoping to see the snowdrops out in all their beauty & we weren’t disappointed,  there was a wonderful white carpet of snowdrops all with their heads popping up under the wood land branches with the sunlight shimmering through. It was like a little magical glade & reminded me of an old favourite childhood book, the Flower Fairys! This got me thinking,  how beautiful would a snowdrop wedding be? After a quick search I found the stunning Hodsock Priory…

23rd August 2011

With a Wedding fast approaching, it’s just 3 weeks to go, Yikes! I’ve been searching for inspiration for a garden party wedding inspired thank you present. Just the perfect thing. These are just how I would like the sweet tables to look, covered in old table cloths and decked with cake stands and lots of scrumptious and delicious treats like cupcakes, treacle tart and ginger…

The Heart Of Paper Cuts

18th April 2011

It celebrates paper cutting, as the name says, but really brings a sense of magic and mystery to this ancient art. Whilst so many of the incredible creations caught my eye – it was a fabulous paper ring that really stood out. Who knows, this could actually become quite popular as a novelty for brides, or even worked into a display on the ‘big day’. Either way, there is no denying the work and skill that…
